Short review. Typing on my phone. I'm in town on business and found this place close to my hotel. The shop is trendy yet comfortable. Joe who helped me out was genuinely friendly and knowledgable. I picked up a new mod and some tasty juice and got a fair deal. 5/5 recommended !

I will revise this review at a later date to why it doesn't deserve one star but for now stay away from this place. They will rip you off. The products look good and the services seems good. That is until you realize what you were just sold is absolute garbage and that they are shady shady shady people. This place needs to be investigated. For now i suggest everyone be very clear this place is a shade opporation. I will post more facts in a few days or weeks. I suggest using a good online companies website to purchase mods and accessories and not theirs. Unfortunately you cant trust you neighborhood businesses.

My favorite vape shop hands down. Joe the owner is very knowledgeable and KC builds some wicked micro coils. Prices are fair and Joe carries a lot of juices. The shop is clean and is a great spot to chill and vape.

This is an updated review for the EXCELLENT service I received here. I came by again because I needed help with a rebuild, but it turned out that my atomizer was malfunctioning. Joe replaced it and I got an exclusive coil and wick on my build, it's so much better than what I was originally working with! Like I said in my previous review, he is an upstanding businessman. Very nice to deal with! I learned that the lounge is also working on some new & upcoming technology that will make rebuilding easier & faster for y'all. Don't be afraid to upgrade your vaping lifestyle... Swing by & check it out! I picked up some great new juices again, as they have a wide selection on their menu. You will not be disappointed in the quality of service & the relaxing atmosphere of the Steam Lounge. Thanks a million guys! I'm very happy now that I've quit smoking cigarettes for good.

Very good shop. Got exactly the ejuice I wanted for a very reasonable price. Very smooth flavor. Helpful staff. Very knowlegable and welcoming. Will return soon.

I bought my first RDA from Joe. I couldn't have asked for better service or a better RDA. I got the Magma by Paradigm. Joe knew what I needed as my first RDA. There wasn't any pressure like I've had at other Vape Shops. It seems like Vape Shops are popping up all over the place. There are very few in the Fort Lauderdale area who know about their products or worse, care about the customer. There are some exceptions, Steam Lounge is definitely an exception. The equipment is something everyone needs to take seriously. Make sure you make the right choice when making a purchase, stop in and look at their inventory. They carry great liquids, mods and anything you need to start or take your Vaping to the next level.
